Deuterocanonical Books of the Old Testament from the Catholic Public Domain Version of the Bible.
"Deuterocanonical books" is a term used since the sixteenth century in the Roman Catholic Church and Eastern Christianity to describe certain books and passages of the Christian Old Testament that are not part of the Jewish Bible.
The deuterocanonical scriptural texts are:
- Tobit
- Judith
- Additions to Esther (Vulgate Esther 10:4-16:24)
- Wisdom
- Sirach, also called Ecclesiasticus
- Baruch, including the Letter of Jeremiah
- Additions to Daniel:
Song of the Three Children (Vulgate Daniel 3:24-90)
